Replaced a manual scheduling process — phone calls, emails, spreadsheets — with an automated booking system that ingests client requests, checks availability across calendars and team members, and confirms slots with zero human touch.

The client was losing hours every day coordinating bookings across multiple staff calendars. Double-bookings happened weekly. New customers waited days for a slot confirmation.
We built an automation pipeline that integrates Google Calendar, the client's CRM, and a customer-facing booking flow. Inbound requests are parsed, matched to the right resource, slotted in automatically, and confirmed by email — with smart fallbacks when no slot fits.
Average time-to-confirmation dropped from 1–2 days to under 5 minutes. Double-bookings eliminated. The client reclaimed roughly 15 staff hours per week.
